Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement
- To cancel, please contact us immediately at info@ethniqo.com or call +91 98207 00878
- Once your order enters production or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible
After Shipment
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched
- You may refuse delivery and the product will be returned to us
- Refund will be processed as per our refund policy below
Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and labels are intact and attached
- The product is in its original packaging
- You have the original invoice or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with removed tags or labels
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Products purchased during special sales (unless defective)
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs of the defect or damage
- We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by ethniqo
Refund Policy
Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Bank processing time may take an additional 5-7 business days
Refund Amount
- Full refund of the product price will be issued for eligible returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items)
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer (except for defective or incorrect items)
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued in the following cases:
- Product shows signs of use or minor damage
- Product returned without original packaging
- Product returned after the 7-day return window (at our discretion)
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund
