Eligibility for Returns
- You may return or exchange items within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- “Linen Fabrics” cut to a specific length are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items on “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email Us: Contact our support team at [returns@ethniqo.com] with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Get Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.
- Ship It Back: Securely pack the item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
- The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
