Free Shipping

Free shipping is available to all direct service areas. This includes major cities and towns that are covered by our standard courier network.

Shipping Charges May Apply For:

  • Remote Locations: Areas that fall outside our standard courier service network may attract additional shipping charges
  • Express/Quick Shipping: Local quick delivery options for faster delivery may incur additional charges
  • Special Delivery Requests: Specific delivery time slots or special handling requests

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery (Direct Service Areas)

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Express Delivery (Where Available)

  • Local Quick Shipping: 1-2 business days (additional charges apply)
  • Express delivery is subject to availability in your area

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS

Shipping Address

Important: ethniqo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • Return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund in case of failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
  • Please ensure you or someone authorized is available to receive the package

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your ethniqo products:

  • All items are carefully inspected before packing
  • Products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit
  • We use quality packaging materials that reflect our brand values
  • Each package includes an invoice and care instructions

Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery:

  • Please inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting
  • If the package appears damaged, please note it with the delivery person
  • Take photographs of the damaged package and contact us immediately
  • Sign for the delivery only after inspection

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged During Transit

  • Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged package and product
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy

Lost in Transit

  • If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us
  • We will track the shipment with our courier partner
  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund

Order Modifications

  • Shipping address can be modified within 24 hours of order placement
  • Once the order is dispatched, address changes are not possible

International Shipping

Currently, ethniqo ships only within India. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to international destinations. Please check back for updates or contact us for specific international shipping inquiries.

Public Holidays and Non-Working Days

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and national public holidays
  • Delivery times may be extended during festive seasons or sale periods
  • We will notify you of any delays via email or SMS

Multiple Item Orders

  • All items in a single order are typically shipped together
  • In rare cases, items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery
  • You will be notified if your order is being shipped in multiple packages
  • No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments
